The Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina is a resort hotel that is approximately 1 mile away from SeaWorld San Diego. There are 430 guest rooms at this hotel, and some of the kid-friendly features include babysitting service and a water park (complete with water slides and multiple swimming pools). The Dana on Mission Bay is less than a mile away from SeaWorld San Diego and is probably the nearest kids' resort to the theme park. This gorgeous hotel has a waterfront setting and consists of both traditional guest rooms and suites. Some of the convenient amenities at this resort include aquatic fitness courses, indoor swimming pool (heated), outdoor swimming pool (great for kids to play around in) and convenient sofa beds that are perfect for children to sleep on.

Ocean Villa Inn
The Ocean Villa Inn is a resort that is about a mile and a half away from SeaWorld San Diego. This child-friendly resort has a quaint, laid-back atmosphere that is perfect for families with younger kids. There are 50 airy and open guest rooms. The hotel is very close to Balboa Park and its gardens (which are great for kids to run around and work off their energy). Some of the hotel services include a heated outdoor swimming pool (open all year long), complimentary continental breakfast every morning, private terraces and guest laundry.
