List of Utah Ski Resorts
Utah has long been the famous home state of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The church teaches that it receives direct revelation from heaven. Heaven bestows yet another direct blessing on Utah every year: 500 inches of dry, powdery snow. Millions of people make an annual winter pilgrimage to Utah to ski, snowboard and enjoy one of the best winter sport environments in the western U.S. Visitors will find over a dozen ski resorts near Utah's white slopes, many of which offer ski-in and ski-out access so guests can maximize their ski time. It's no wonder that the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association is headquartered here.
Park City Mountain Resort

Park City was once the biggest silver-mining camp in the United States. Today, it's one of the biggest skiing hot spots in the States. Park City Mountain resort includes a ski lift to the top of the mountain, while nearby Main Street offers restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. If you're in a rush to get to skiing, stop at the outdoor concession booths next to the lift. After a day on the slopes, shop for souvenirs at the resort's Legacy Sports shop. Watch for sales on winter gear as the season draws to a close for discounts on the resort's logo-wear and winter equipment.
