Reno is packed with hotels
In the spring of 1928, when Reno's catchphrase sign was placed across Virginia Street, Reno was beginning its boom as a Nevada gambling hub. The sign read "The Biggest Little City in the World." Not so little anymore, Reno is Northern Nevada's largest city. A range of historic hotels and gleaming new resorts attest to Reno's glittery past and its hopeful future.
Peppermill Resort Casino

The Peppermill is a lavish, Tuscan-themed hotel and casino combining old-world charm with cutting edge modern amenities. Its rooms range in both luxury and price from the elegant Tower Suites to the spacious rooms of the Peppermill Tower and the Montego Bay Wing. The latter is Peppermill's budget option, but still features a high degree of luxury, with mahogany furnishings, marble and granite bathrooms, and 42-inch plasma-screen TVs mounted on the walls. Guests can either head to the reception desk or check in and out using Peppermill's video kiosks located both in the lobby and in each room. Downstairs are a range of restaurants and buffets, a host of entertainment and events in the Tuscany Events Center or the chic Terrace Lounge, and an 80,000-square-foot casino with over 50 table games.
