The quiet community of Lake Asbury boasts beautiful natural Florida scenery, and visitors find plenty to do on the lakes and rivers of the surrounding area. Run by chefs Manny and Florinda Sarnelli, whose family owns the nearby Sarnelli's Ristorante, Blu Grotto is a casual establishment that takes its name from the cave located off the coast of the island of Capri. Among the Italian specialties are bruschetta, caprese salad, calzones and seafood dishes. Choose from homemade desserts including tiramisu and gelati. Blu Grotto is open seven days a week, and catering and to-go menus are available.
