The Auld Dubliner is a popular, traditional Irish restaurant chain. One of its 10 locales calls Peoria home. Traditional Irish fare served at Auld Dubliner include shepherds pie, bangers and champ (grilled Irish sausage and mashed potatoes), Irish beef stew, corned beef and the ever-popular fish and chips. The establishment also prides itself on its wide selection of quality beer and its full-service bar. Of its selection, Auld Dubliner offers guests 13 different choices of Irish Whiskey. For those desiring wine over Irish classics, the club offers various chardonnays, pinot grigios, cabernets, merlots and pinot noirs. Lis Doon Varna
The Lis Doon Varna Pup is one of Peoria's favorite Irish pubs. The pub, according the official website, was designed and constructed in Ireland--prior to being shipped to the United States--to create an authentic pub feel. The pub is named after the small town of Lisdoonvarna, located along the Eastern seaside of Ireland. The restaurant serves traditional food such as fried fish nuggets, fish and chips, banger n' mash and shepard's pie. Lis Doon Varn serves traditional drafts such as Harp, Smithwick's and Guinness. The restaurant has a wide wine selection ranging from Shiraz to Sauvignon Blanc.

McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon
McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon is a small chain restaurant founded by Irishman Steve McFadden. Serving a wide variety of cuisines, McFadden's still has Irish staples such as fish and chips, lamb stew and shepherd's pie. The restaurant also offers a full-service bar with several Irish drafts. Peoria Arizona has two Irish pubs in its city limits. McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon rests about two miles outside of Peoria in a town called Glendale Arizona.
