SeaWorld
San Diego is an aquatic theme park located in Southern California. Among its many marine animals, SeaWorld features orcas, whales, penguins and dolphins. SeaWorld is owned by a division of the Anheuser-Busch company.
Hours
SeaWorld is open everyday of the year, but the hours vary every day. It is best to consult the park's calendar on its official site for exact hours on the day you want to go.
Admission
For people 10 years and older, admission to SeaWorld is $65 in 2009. For children under 10, it costs $55. Admission is free for kids under two.
Transportation
There are other options available besides driving to SeaWorld. Local buses and trolleys go to the park and most hotels offer shuttle service.
Fireworks
SeaWorld holds a fireworks display during various summer evenings.
Bad Weather
SeaWorld stays open if there is inclement weather. Sometimes outdoor shows and attractions will be canceled and closed, however.
