Luxury Hotels Near Scenic Branson Railway

Branson, Missouri, is quietly becoming one of the top tourist destinations in the Midwest. Home to more than 60 theaters and museums, its profile has quickly grown. The 2009 opening of Branson Airport, with service by AirTran and SunCountry, connects the tourist haven with the rest of the country.

One of the main attractions in Branson is its scenic railway. The 40-mile train trip takes riders through tunnels, over bridges and around the Ozark Mountains. The depot is centrally located on East Main Street in Branson. There are a handful of luxury hotels in the area. Expedia.com, Travelocity.com and TripAdvisor.com were used to rate the quality of hotels.
