The Greystone Hotel South
beach is located at 1920 Collins Avenue in
Miami, Florida. The hotel was renovated in 2007 and completely changed, to take advantage of the history of this small hotel.
Rooms
The Greystone Hotel has just 19 rooms available for guests. Guests have the option of choosing the basic one-story room or the more high style two-story room.
Room Features
The rooms at the South Beach landmark feature private spiral staircases that run up to a sundeck and rooftop garden. The rooms also have a small atrium inside.
History
The hotel was built in the 1920s in the Art Deco style. At one point it was turned into a store and the original façade covered. The 2007 renovations opened back up the original façade.

Amenities
The Hotel Greystone in Miami offers 24 hour support for guests at the front desk in the lobby. The hotel also has a swimming pool and is within walking distance of the beach.
