The spa menu features more than 100 different treatments, priced from $50 to to more than $300. Nail and salon services also are available.

Rancho Cortez
Fifty miles west of San Antonio, the Rancho Cortez invokes memories of a ranch in the old West. Its spa, the Hill Country Health and Fitness Center, is dedicated to helping people lose weight and get in shape. The fitness program includes hikes in the natural outdoor setting, hot tubs, massages and hands-on healthy cooking classes. The spa's cuisine is designed with health and wellness in mind. Personal trainers are available to help with the fitness experience. Lodging options include fully furnished cabins and a bunkhouse with seven bunk beds. The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse in Arlington caters to women only. This spa seeks to help women balance their fitness and mental health in a relaxing environment. A typical day includes breakfast in bed, walks, water classes, massages and yoga. Several multiday programs are available, ranging from a three-day stay for $3,580 to a seven-day fitness package for $5,900. This Austin resort's Spa at Barton Creek features more than 20 different treatment options ranging in price from just over $100 to $400-plus.
