Las Vegas. These restaurants are located on upper floors at the casino
resorts, providing spectacular views of the Strip or the mountains in the distance. Below are some of the best, as well as some of their wine selections.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Located on the 11th floor of the Paris casino's Eiffel Tower replica, the restaurant has a great view of the Strip and the Bellagio dancing water fountains across the street. The menu includes selections of steaks, fish, seafood and soups and salads, as well as several types of caviar. Try the trilogy of imported osetra caviar from Iran and Russia if you can stomach the price tag. Wine selections include the standard assortment of red and white wines such as shiraz, merlot, chardonnay and riesling.

Top of the World Restaurant at the Stratosphere
This restaurant 800 feet above the desert floor rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes, providing a panoramic view of the valley. The menu features favorites such as seafood and steaks, as well as signature dishes such as the Colorado rack of lamb. The extensive wine list has received nods from such magazines as "Wine Spectator" and "Sante."

Binion's Ranch Steakhouse
Located on the 24th floor of the stalwart downtown property, Binion's Ranch Steakhouse provides the best views on Fremont Street. Get a taste of old Vegas here with the vintage decor and cozy romantic atmosphere. The steaks are delicious (try the 21-ounce Porterhouse if you are really hungry). The signature dish is Chicken Fried Lobster. The restaurant has the standard assortment of wines, or you can bring your own and pay a corkage fee.

Alize
On the top floor of The Palms, Alize is a relatively new addition to the pantheon of fine dining in Las Vegas. Opened in 2001, Alize has quickly established itself as the crown jewel of chef Andre Rochat's culinary empire. Alize is famous for its selection of well-aged wines, including the Erté Collection by Romain de Tirtof. Other names on the wine list include Daniel Bouju, Hardy Vintage Reserve, Lheraud, Prince Hubert de Polignac and Remy Martin.
