Grandview at Las Vegas
Grandview at Las Vegas
The Grandview at Las Vegas gives vacationers great condo-style suites at low prices. The 30-acre hotel features super comfy pillow top mattresses on the beds, separate living areas in the suites, a 36-inch television with entertainment center, DVD Player, business center, free parking, video arcade/game room, fitness center, DVD library, BBQ and picnic area, four outdoor pools and a spa. South Point Hotel and Casino is located nearby, and has a bowling alley, restaurants, nightclubs, spa, movie theaters and an equestrian center.
Perks

The rooms are actually condo-style suites with full kitchens, refrigerator and appliances. The beds are comfy and very clean, and the rooms feature calm, mellow desert sunset motif. The property is conveniently located near freeways and the Las Vegas Strip. Free parking is also available.

Sacrifices

Thin walls means you sometime can hear running water or a neighbor speaking. There is also a fee for in rooms with WiFi. Finally, this hotel is also a timeshare, so reps will more than likely ask you to join them for breakfast and you will get free show tickets or $100 voucher, which are not worth the four-hour presentation.

Bottom Line

If condo-style living and a no frills place works for you, then stay the Grandview at Las Vegas. If you are going to Vegas for the nightlife and casinos, stay elsewhere.
