Ohio has a lot to offer for those traveling with children. From state parks to sports to museums, there's something for everyone.
Southwestern Ohio
Southwestern Ohio is home to the Children's Museum at the Museum Center in downtown Cincinnati. Cincinnati is also home to the Reds (baseball) and Bengals (football) sports teams; catching a game is a great way to spend an afternoon. The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden is also a kid-friendly attraction.
Central Ohio
COSI (Center of Science and Industry) is a hands-on science museum for children located in Columbus.
Northwestern Ohio
Northwestern Ohio is home to the Toledo Zoo, and Cedar Point, an amusement park located in Sandusky.
Northeastern Ohio
The Children's Museum of Cleveland, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Great Lakes Science Center are just a few of the options in northeastern Ohio.
Southeastern Ohio
Hiking or spelunking at Hocking Hills State Park is an excellent option in southeastern Ohio.
