Recommended entrees include Tampiquena, grilled and seasoned skirt steak served with cheese enchilada, poblano rice and frijoles puercos; Camarones Alambres, jumbo shrimp grilled on a sugar cane skewer with sweet fried plantains and tamarind sauce.
