Fun Activities for Kids in New Jersey
New Jersey has a wonderful reputation for being home to some of the most family-friendly beaches on the East coast. What most people don't realize is that there are many other fun activities for children scattered throughout almost every single county. Below are just a few ideas to get you started as you tour the state looking for fun things to do with the kids.
Clementon Amusement Park

Clementon Amusement Park is located in Clementon, New Jersey. The park sits in what is primarily a residential area. Rides like the Flying Elephants, Umbrella Ride, and Castle Bounce are perfect for young children around the age of four. The Giant Ferris Wheel, Vintage Carousel, and Kite Flyer are great for families who want to enjoy the attractions together. The park's many thrill rides, including the Sea Dragon and HellCat coaster, are great for older children and adults. The park is perfect for local families who want to enjoy a day in the sun without trekking all the way down the Jersey shore, and it's definitely worth the drive for those traveling from a bit further away.
