An open kitchen reveals chefs preparing succulent dishes from the extensive menu, which includes brique poulet, bouillabaise or salade nicoise. Try the crisp pom frites (French fries), which are served in a traditional paper cone standing in a stainless steel container. Brasserie Ten Ten serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with brunch offered on the weekends.

L'Atelier

Meaning "the workshop," L'Atelier is the creative studio for renowned Boulder chef Radek Cerny. Voted as one of the Top Five Restaurants in Boulder by the Denver Westword, this cozy fine-dining restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or intimate lunch. Each high-concept dish reflects the artistry for which Chef Cerny is well-known. For lunch, try the SLT (that's salmon, lettuce and tomato) or one of an assortment of pasta dishes and meat entrees. Dinner items include Maine lobster meuniere, ravioli with beurre blanc, and chicken thermidor with artichoke and goat cheese. Be sure to leave room for dessert, with such tempting treats as the Chocolate Bag, which is brimming with berries, bananas, crème anglaise, Grand Marnier and ice cream.

Salt Bistro

Necessary to all living creatures, Salt has been the symbol of friendship since ancient times. The open design and creative décor present a great atmosphere to share good times with family and friends. Formerly the site of the historic Tom's Tavern, much of the original building has been creatively reworked to retain its historic flair. Original floor joists have been reworked into doors, flooring and tables, along with the original window panes, boiler and copper pipes finding new functional life in the décor. A variety of French-inspired menu items to please the palate of meat-eaters, seafood lovers and vegetarians is changed seasonally as the ingredients are produced exclusively from local farmers and ranchers. A Farmer's Market each Wednesday and Saturday feature regional produce and products.
