Curry Hammock State Park

Curry Hammock State Park is a group of islands in the Florida Keys. Swimming, a playground, picnic tables, grills and showers await visitors. The park has 28 campsites along the oceanfront. The park is open year round, but camping is open from Nov. 1 through May 31. Most sites have a gravel area for cars or RVs and a sand area for a tent.

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort

Disney's Fort Wilderness resort is 700-plus acres of pine and cypress trees and has campsites near the theme park. A total of 799 campsites and all of them have privacy, water, cable television and electrical hookups, a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Those that are not exclusively for tents or pop-ups, have a sewer hookup also. Each campsite has a limit of 10 people. There are special sites for those with pets. The Waggin' Trails Dog Park is where they can run off the leash and where you can leave them overnight, if need be. There is free transportation between the campsites and the airport as well as different sections of the park.
