Events for the Kids

There are many Christmas activities in New York City geared especially for kids. One of them is the Holiday Party at the Museum of the City of New York. The kids can meet Santa Claus while enjoying crafts, buffet supper, arts and even a magic show. The Holiday Train Show held at Grand Central allows the kids to get a ride on a train that is filled with Christmas decorations and treats. An identical train can be seen at the New York Botanical Garden, where the trains are decorated to resemble some of the popular city attractions.
