beach is in the northern part of Florida, right on the panhandle. It is a favorite location for college students on spring break. It's a great place for snorkeling because of its man-made artificial reefs that are home to many varieties of fish. It's also a popular golf destination in the summer when the rest of Florida is much hotter.
Beaches
Panama City Beach in Florida has a total of 27 miles of beach front on the Gulf of Mexico. St. Andrews State Recreation Area has a beach that was named the best in the county.

Panama City Beach has an average of 320 days of sunlight each year.
Sports
Sports like golf, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing are the main sports in Panama City.
Attractions
Panama City has several family oriented attractions including Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Park and Shipwreck Island.

There is a total of seven campgrounds and RV parks in Panama City Florida, both public and private.
