There are numerous Chinese restaurants in Bellevue.
The city of Bellevue, Washington, is the fifth largest city in the Evergreen State, and growing. Located in the western part of the state, just east of
Seattle, the city is its own cultural center in its own right. French for "beautiful view," Bellevue is now a cultural destination that even maintains its own philharmonic. There are also a number of different restaurants in and around the city, including a wide selection of Chinese establishments.
PF Changs China Bistro
PF Changs, the nationally renowned Chinese restaurant chain, has a location in Bellevue. The menu is extensive, and includes a selection of chicken and duck dishes, seafood dishes, noodle dishes, vegetarian dishes and gluten-free offerings. Select entrees include Mongolian Beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Cashew Chicken, Cantonese Shrimp, and Salt and Pepper Calamari. The restaurant also offers the "PF Changs for Two" special, which is a four-course meal for two for under $40. Reservations and orders can also be made online.

Bamboo Garden
The Bamboo Garden, situated in Bellevue's downtown area, offers traditional Sichuan cuisine, which is spicy and typically rich in nature, with key ingredients, such as ginger, garlic and peppercorn. Popular dishes include Crab Sichuan Style, Camphor Wood and Tea Smoked Duck, Sichuan Cold Noodles and Green Onion Pancake. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and features a menu known as "Wild Side," which is a collection of hot and spicy dishes, such as stir-fried lamb and rabbit chunks. The restaurant also has a catering service.

Chengdu Chinese Restaurant
The Chengdu Chinese Restaurant serves authentic Sichuan-style cuisine. A stopping point for shoppers, the eatery is located within the Overlake Square Mall. It offers traditional dishes, such as noodle and fried rice dishes, and entrees, such as kung pao chicken, spiced beef tendon and authentic braised pig's feet. The restaurant offers both a cold buffet table and a hot buffet table.

Peking Chinese Restaurant
The Peking Chinese Restaurant, operating since 1983, offers authentic Chinese cuisine. A wide variety of selections are available, including vegetarian or tofu dishes, seafood entrees, appetizers, such as fried prawns and wontons and a chow mein menu. Select entrees include Szechwan Beef, Mandarin Crispy Beef, Beef with Oyster Sauce and Egg Plant with Spicy Sauce. Dishes can be modified to be less or more spicy. Lunch specials are served between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
