Sears Tower

Visit the Skydeck at the top of the Sears Tower to take in a bird's eye panoramic view of the entire city. The Sears Tower, which is located at 233 S. Wacker Drive in the heart of Chicago's financial district, is the tallest building in North America rising 1,450 feet and 110 stories high. For $15 visitors gain access to the Skydeck observation floor, which is the buildings 99th story. Bring you own binoculars or you can use their stationary viewers to see for miles. For the more adventurous, the Sears Tower also offers an annual Stair Climb marathon where participants try to make it all of the way to the top via the building staircase.

Wrigleyville

Catch a game or tour the legendary baseball stadium and surrounding neighborhood. As of 2009, Wrigley Field stood as the second oldest field in Major League Baseball. Unheard of now-a-days, Wrigley Field stands right in the middle of a residential area, with surrounding houses, apartments, and businesses as a permanent fixture. Really something that has to be experienced to fully appreciate, every Cubs games is like a national holiday for the surrounding neighborhood dubbed "Wrigleyville." The park itself opens at 11am, but the bars and restaurants open well before that, and do not close until the wee hours of the morning. From kids standing in the streets hoping to catch a home run ball that flys out of the stadium, to people grilling and enjoying the view of the game from the rooftops of surrounding apartment buildings, taking in a game at Wrigley Field is something that is not to be missed.
