Real Jamaican Jerk An' Ting is a Caribbean restaurant with a family vibe. The storefront eatery began in 2005 with a few close friends who loved socializing around good authentic Jamaican food. The menu ranges from jerk chicken and beef or chicken Jamaican patties to fish, oxtail and more. Delicious desserts including Jamaican rum cake, pineapple upside down cake and bread pudding are also features. Guests can also choose delivery as well as curb side service.

Caribbean Palace resembles a home and the food resembles home cooking. It offers a weekend breakfast menu that includes ackee and saltfish, mackeral and callaloo all served with yams, boiled and fried dumplings, and banana. In addition to the breakfast menu, the main menu offered all week includes oxtail, jerk chicken, curried goat and fried chicken. Cool Runnin's Caribbean restaurant is located in New Brunswick near Rutger's University. The look of the restaurant is not necessarily "Caribbean" but the food is. The menu includes jerk chicken, curried goat and chicken as well as a variety of patties including spicy and mild beef, chicken, and vegetable patties. The entrees are served with white ice or rice and peas, tossed salad or steamed vegetables, and sweet plantains.
