Eat'n Park
Eat'n Park is a Pennsylvania chain of restaurants that started in Pittsburgh in 1949. Harrisburg features two Eat'n Park restaurants, one of which is located in the eastern portion of the city near the locations of the Holiday Inn-East, Sheraton Harrisburg, La Quinta Suites and Courtyard Marriott. Eat'n Park is known for its daily morning breakfast buffet, which features eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pancakes and fresh fruit. In addition to the buffet, the restaurant serves a breakfast menu that includes a variety of omelets, waffles, egg dishes, French toast and pancakes. Eat'n Park Restaurant is open 24 hours a day. The restaurant is family friendly with a kid's menu for young diners. For each adult breakfast buffet purchased, the restaurant gives one free buffet for children ages 5 and under, and children from 6 to 10 years of age may order the buffet for half-price.

The New Colonial Park Diner
The New Colonial Park Diner is situated near the Colonial Mall and Cinemas. The family-owned and operated diner specializes in breakfast, which is available all day. Featured on the menu are the fruit roll-ups--three buttermilk pancakes rolled around blueberry, strawberry or cherry filling and topped with whipped cream. Another specialty, the Super Colonial Park Breakfast, consists of three pancakes, three eggs, two sausage links and two pieces of traditional strips or Canadian bacon. The New Colonial Park Diner is open 24 hours a day Mondays through Fridays. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. The restaurant is casual and family friendly with a children's menu available.

Skyline Restaurant
Located east of downtown Harrisburg, Skyline Family Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant with an upscale atmosphere that is still appropriate for children. Among the breakfast specialties is the honky breakfast, which consists of ham, onions, green peppers, home fries and two eggs mixed together to form a hash. The restaurant also serves 10 varieties of omelets, pancakes, Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict and hot and cold cereals. Other favorites include the 8-oz. Delmonico steak and eggs and the chipped beef and biscuits. Skyline Family Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dress is casual.
