In an effort to get away from winter's snow and ice, hordes of tourists descend each year on La Quinta, California, located in Southern California's Coachella Valley. This quaint community is home to vacation

Old Town Cellar
The Old Town Cellar sells wine, wine accessories and cigars from its location in Old Town La Quinta. The shop's Wine Bar offers wine and live music each Saturday as well as happy hours on weekday afternoons. The Old Town Cellar sells wines from around the world, including the Dow 1985 Vintage Port and the Pommery Brut Royal. The cigar store at Old Town Cellar features a 50-seat smoking area for customers looking to savor their cigar purchases.

Elizabeth & Prince
Elizabeth & Prince opened in 2007 to offer woman's clothing and accessories from a storefront on La Quinta's Main Street. The store sells blouses, skirts and other clothing items from brands such as Sunner and Erica Tanov. The Bath & Body section of this boutique store sells high-end bath products from Calypso and Voluspa. Elizabeth & Prince's staff, inventory and storefront have been featured in issues of "Lucky Magazine" and "California Style."

Revolution Ride Shop
Revolution Ride Shop in La Quinta is the area's largest skate shop. Skaters passing through La Quinta can peruse skate shoes from Etnies, Supra and Lakai along the store's shoe wall. Revolution Ride Shop sells T-shirts from brands such as Krew and The Hundreds, well-known among skaters. The shop also produces its own boards and accessories sold at affordable prices for budget-conscious skaters.
