Vetri Ristorante has been in existence since 1998. It is a traditional Italian restaurant that is highly critically acclaimed (from major publications such as the Philadelphia Inquirer). The menu is a blend of both modern and classic Italian meals, and includes favorites such as guinea hen breast (full of mushrooms and prosciutto), roasted capretto and polenta, pork short ribs, and eggplant casoncelli (topped with brown butter and basil).
