Fung's Kitchen

Chef Hoi Fung is the owner and head chef of Fung's Kitchen. Mr. Fung is known both in America and China for creating authentic and creative Chinese dishes. The restaurant specializes in seafood dishes and uses the Hong Kong approach to cooking. Hong Kong food traditionally has less oil and uses more vegetables. Shark fin soup and bird's nest soup with minced chicken are two of Fung's more famous entrees.
