The city of
Denver, Colorado is known for its outdoor activity, natural beauty and fit residents. During the past five years, it has also become known for delicious cuisine, with restaurants popping up with flavors from all over the world. Brazilian restaurants are not common in many cities, but there are a few great Brazilian restaurants in the Denver area.
Texas De Brazil
This Brazilian steakhouse is just like the steakhouses you would find in that country, as it is very authentic, hip and modern. Make reservations in advance for this busy, intimate restaurant. It is very classy, from the waiters placing the napkins on your lap to the quaint live music featured. A vast wine list is offered with prices for every budget. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable of the menus and courteous.
The restaurant boasts an extensive salad bar, containing everything from asparagus spears to goat cheese, to sushi rolls and lobster bisque. The serving process works on your choices, as you have a card with different colors that you place upside on your table when you want to try different meats. Once you turn the card, servers with large portions of exotic meats come to your table and carve it right there, from filet mignon, garlic sirloin, Brazilian sausage and chicken. Guarana is offered for fair prices as well as a great dessert selection.

Cafe Brazil
The food at this cafe is fresh using the Brazilian ingredients of coconut milk, spices, red chiles and peppers heavily, with a tropical bright presentation. It is casual dressy, great for a girls night out or romantic date with an intimate atmosphere. The staff are fast, friendly and attentive. If you like seafood, try the Chilean white fish with a Mango/Pineapple/Macadamia Nut butter, or else try the the Cazuela Colombiana. There is a fair dessert menu with unique selections like sour guava cheesecake. Don't forget to try the house-made hot sauce if you prefer spicy food!

Rodizio Grill
At this restaurant the main menu revolves around a lot of meat dishes. Like other Brazilian steakhouses and grills, you have a card that you flip up at a certain color when you want to be served a new meat dish. The portions of the entrees and desserts are very large and can be split between multiple diners, and there is a vast salad bar. This restaurant is a good location if you are catching a game at Coors Field, as it is within walking distance. It costs money to park at the restaurant.
