Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar serves Midwest USDA prime beef and prepares steaks to customer specifications. The steak choices include petite filet mignon, main filet mignon, prime ribeye, prime New York strip and prime bone-in ribeye. A prime-rib dinner served with salad, a side and dessert is available on Sundays. Appetizers, salads, sides, seafood entrees and desserts are also available. The staff can assist with wine pairings and instructions on how to reheat leftover steaks. Fleming's takes reservations and offers private dining facilities. It's located near the state capitol and the University of Texas and is in walking distance of the Warehouse District.

Saltgrass Steak House

Saltgrass Steakhouse serves steaks with the flavor of an open campfire. All steaks are certified Angus beef and cooked to guest specifications. Steaks are seasoned with the restaurant's signature Saltgrass-7 steak spice. Steak choices include filet mignon, rib eye, prime rib, top sirloin and porterhouse. All breads, soups, dressings and desserts are made daily. Happy-hour appetizers are available Monday through Friday. Saltgrass has outside patio dining and banquet rooms and offers takeout. It's open for lunch and dinner.

Austin Land and Cattle Company hand-cuts its steaks and ages them for tenderness. Signature steaks include filet mignon, New York strip, T-bone, porterhouse and ribeye. Steaks are accompanied by homemade sauces such as gorgonzola butter, roasted garlic and jalapeno blue cheese. The wine list features more than 100 selections. Austin Land and Cattle Company serves dinner only daily.
