The 80-room Hampton Inn in East Aurora, NY provides a quiet residence for visitors to nearby Buffalo. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from Ralph Wilson Stadium--the home of the Buffalo Bills--and the nearby Fisher Price toy factory. The hotel has eight executive suite-level rooms. These two-room suites come with large work areas and king-sized beds. Some have whirlpool tubs. The hotel also has an indoor pool.
Wows and Woes
It is one of the best values near Ralph Wilson Stadium. Rooms are clean and well-appointed for a budget hotel. However, it is rather distant from downtown Buffalo, at more than 30 minutes away. It is becoming more popular among football fans looking to escape hotels near the stadium.

The Hampton Inn East Aurora has generous check-in and check-out times. Hotel staff is quite accommodating, and the lobby's library provides a quiet space for reading or work outside of the hotel room.

Two years ago during the autumn, I spent a week at the Hampton Inn East Aurora. The hotel's location puts it in the hills south of Buffalo, affording it beautiful views of the changing foliage.The picturesque views made the otherwise stale business trip more enjoyable.
