Attractions in Memphis
Memphis, Tennessee, is a cradle for some of the great country and rock musicians of the 20th century. The city is home to museums, sports venues and other attractions for the entire family.
Elvis Presley's Graceland

Elvis Presley's Graceland is a National Historic Landmark preserving the King of Rock 'n' Roll's 14-acre estate. The typical Graceland tour takes visitors past Presley's home, preserved as it was in the 1970s, and his cars, gold records and furnishings.

The Children's Museum of Memphis

The Children's Museum of Memphis features exhibits such as Smiles, Inc., the Van Vleet Gallery and WaterWORKS that teach kids basic skills using entertaining methods.

Spectator Sports

The Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association and college basketball's Memphis Tigers play their home games right downtown in the FedEx Forum. The Memphis Redbirds, Triple A affiliate of baseball's St. Louis Cardinals, play just a couple of blocks away in 14,320-seat AutoZone Park.

Stax Museum of American Soul

The Stax Museum of American Soul preserves clothing and instruments from America's best soul singers. The museum's 2,000 exhibits honor musicians such as Booker T. Jones, Tina Turner and Otis Redding.

The New Daisy Theatre

The New Daisy Theatre is a concert hall on Beale Street with blues, funk and rock shows. The theater holds nightly shows for guests of all ages.
