Whether you are an avid cyclist, power walker, swimmer or volleyball enthusiast, there is a sport in the Senior Games that you are a winner at. Similar to the Senior Olympics, the Virginia Senior Games allows you to work as a team, or an individual to excel and compete with other athletes 55 and over. It is usually held in early May in various areas of Virginia.
