Wows and Woes
The resort has a gorgeous beach and stunning landscaping which is constantly being cleaned and maintained. The hotel serves excellent cakes and pastries. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. However, the food choices at the main restaurant are scarce, and many things are not included in the all-inclusive menu, such as orange juice.
Insider Tips
If you plan on going on an excursion to see the pyramids, go through Na'ama Bay Hotel tours, it has the best prices of all the other tour companies. Also, at the pyramids be careful of people that will hassle you and try to get you to give them money.
Author's Most Memorable Moment
From when I first arrived at the hotel I felt like I was VIP. I was checked in immediately and then since my room was a long walk away I was driven to my hotel room on a golf cart and the driver unloaded my bags and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.
Bottom Line
The resort has everything you need and you will never have to leave, but you definitely should leave because there is so much to do and see in Egypt.
