Mexico. Guadalajara is northwest of Mexico City. The city's population is 4 million and the official language is Mexican Spanish. Guadalajara is the second largest city in Mexico behind Mexico City. Guadalajara is a major industrial city in Mexico.

The climate in Guadalajara is mostly mild and springlike.
Summer
Summer temperatures can become hot. The average summer temperature is 85 F. The hottest months are April and May.
Winter
The average temperature during the winter season is 77 F, with December and January being the coldest. The weather can be extreme, with high daytime temperatures and nighttime temperatures as low as 40 F.
