Wizz Air Review
Based out of Hungary, Wizz Air is a low-cost airline which provides service all over Eastern and Western Europe. The company takes pride in its application of modern technologies that enable it to provide some of the lowest priced airfares within the business. These technologies include: ticketless travel, the use of secondary airports and single class seating.
Wows and Woes

Wows: Flights from Sweden to Poland, can cost as little as €20. Baggage check-in and ticketing queues are generally quick and efficient.

Woes: Many airports from which Wizz Air flies do not have staff. Contacting Wizz Air by phone is expensive, generally around €1.00 per minute.

Insider Tips

If you decide to fly Wizz Air, bring a bag lunch along as in-flight catering service tends to be quite pricey.

Author's Most Memorable Moment

After a three hour delay, my flight from Malmö, Sweden, to Warsaw, Poland, was canceled and I was told that if I wanted to take the next flight, leaving the following day, I would have to purchase a new ticket. Being there aren't any Wizz Air staff in Malmö, arrangements for a hotel that night were made by and paid by myself.

Bottom Line

Think twice before booking your tickets with Wizz Air as this writer's flight was canceled after boarding and he has not received compensation or a response from the company.
