Pros and Cons
Guests at Perkes Hotel like to party.
Guests at Perkes Hotel like to party.

The pros to staying at Perkes Hotel are the friendly and helpful staff, good food, its accessibility for visitors with handicaps and the very affordable cost. Nightly room rates start at approximately 4 pounds per night, which is exceptionally inexpensive. Where else can you find a comparable beachfront hotel without hemorrhaging cash? The con to staying here is that the low nightly cost for a room attracts a younger, rowdier crowd. If college dorm life wasn't for you, then Perkes Hotel probably isn't, either. Although the management does try to control noise levels within the hotel, be prepared to hear loud music and yelling teenagers. The local nightclubs on Zante Island stay open until 8 a.m., so many of your fellow guests will be up partying when you are trying to sleep. This con to staying at Perkes Hotel may not seem negative to you if you enjoy partying as much as the other guests and don't mind being surrounded by travelers who are mostly single and under the age of 30.

Bottom Line
You can't beat the price tag at Perkes Hotel on Zante Island.
You can't beat the price tag at Perkes Hotel on Zante Island.

Perkes Hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly service, modern amenities, easy beach access and very low room rates starting at around 4 pounds per night. While families with children and older couples will definitely enjoy the nightly musical entertainment, on-site recreation room and attentive staff at Perkes Hotel, this vacation facility is most appropriate for young singles who are seeking inexpensive, wild fun on the scenic beaches of Zante Island. In other words, Perkes Hotel on Zante Island is a great deal and a quality lodging facility, but it isn't for everyone. If you value serenity, quiet and an early bedtime over partying on your vacation, then this hotel is probably not a good selection for you.
