Review of the Hotel Elysees Mermoz in Paris

Hotel Elysees Mermoz
Hotel Elysees Mermoz
The Hotel Elysees Mermoz is located in the top fashion district in the heart of Paris. This chic, sophisticated hotel just went through a renovation that has transformed its look into a place of pure class. Walking distancing to all the top fashion houses, you can't beat the location of this hotel.
Wows and Woes

Each room is beautifully designed in a style that's classy and very modern. In addition, there's a low-priced breakfast buffet for guests.

Many of the rooms face the street, and they can be quite loud at night if you prefer fresh air over air conditioning. The hotel may have renovated the rooms, but the new beds are as hard as ever.

Insider Tips

The lobby lounge is a perfect place to sit and sip some champagne with its terrific glass top ceiling; it gives you a view of the turbulent sky over Paris.

Author's Most Memorable Moment

There's nothing worse than having to work while visiting beautiful places like Paris. Fortunately, my laptop makes working a bit nicer. I went down to the television room in the stunning hotel lobby. The complimentary Internet access allowed me to work in luxury while drinking a Kir Royale. All jobs should be this good.

Bottom Line

Your stay here is absolutely worth price you pay, and the design is suitable for a five-star hotel.
