Paris Shopping Review: Alberta Ferretti

Store Front
Store Front
Situated on Rue St. Honore in Paris, the eponymous Alberta Ferretti boutique is among the profusion of designer boutiques that line this end of the street. But far from being overlooked like some of the other luxurious labels, the two-story Alberta Ferretti shop is incredibly inviting with its framing high glass windows, which open up the space for an uncluttered shopping experience.
Wows and Woes

- It is a short walk away from the Louvre and Jardin de Tuileries.
- The cream-colored walls and back-lit panels are minimal and allow the sophisticated and structured garments to speak for themselves.

- The shopkeepers were not too friendly.
- The dressing rooms were poorly lit.

Insider Tips

If using the Metro, the nearest stops to get off would be at Concorde on Line 1 or at Madeline on Line 8.

Author's Most Memorable Moment

Prior to stepping foot inside the store, I heard several young and impressionable girls gasp and then proceed to giggle as one of them pointed out that this very Alberta Ferretti store was featured in MTV's 'The Hills' with Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port.

Bottom Line

The price tags on Alberta Ferretti's collection items may seem a bit hefty, but her designs are as chic as they are practical, which make this store a worthy stop.
