Père Lachaise is Paris' most famous cemetery. Located in the 20th arrondissement, it's called the "Hollywood of the Dead," because of the number of celebrities buried there. The area that borders the cemetery, including the gentrified 11th arrondissement, is a vibrant area dotted with many of Paris' nightclubs. It's also home to countless popular cafes and restaurants. A few of Paris' 4-star hotels are also located nearby, accessible by foot or Metro.
