Barbados is not in the
Caribbean, it is just east in the Atlantic Ocean and is part of the Lesser Antilles chain. Peach and Quiet
Peach and Quiet is 12 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the capital of Bridgetown. Peach and Quiet, which is closed for renovations until Nov. 10, 2009, is a consistent Travelers Choice Awards winner with 22 suites. There is an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, a bar that serves lunch, a freshwater swimming pool and the island's only sea rock pool.
