Best Toronto Restaurants

Toronto is one of the most multinational cities in the world, with large enclaves of various ethnic groups dotted around the city. This rich tapestry of ethnicities has created an amazing food culture, with some wonderful restaurants in the city. It's hard to pick one type of food that Toronto specializes in, as it has amazing Greek, Irish, Chinese and Italian food.
Greek Food

One of the most well-known areas of Toronto is its Greektown, known as The Danforth. Danforth Avenue in Toronto is lined with authentic Greek restaurants. One of the best is Pan on the Danforth, which features traditional Greek favorites such as moussaka, stifatho and souvlaki.

Irish Food

Allen's Restaurant, also located on Danforth Avenue in downtown Toronto, is the best spot for traditional Irish cooking. This restaurant has more than just the traditional corned beef and cabbage, however. It is also known for having some of the best burgers in the city of Toronto and, being a pub, is one of the best places for drinks in all of Toronto.
