Australia Visa Application Forms

Travelers wishing to visit Australia must first apply to receive an Australian visa. There are several different types of Australian visas that individuals can apply for, including student visas, long-stay visas, tourist visas, working holiday visas and more. Be aware of all the application rules and required documents before you apply. You can apply for an Australian visa through Visa HQ, VFS Global, Travisa, and through the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia (see Resources). The official websites of these companies make forms available through the Internet, though they can also mail them to your address.
Australian Tourist Visa

On tourist visa application forms, you must fill out your passport information (your passport number) and provide other valid information such as your date of travel and how long you intend on staying in Australia. You also have to fill out other basic details, including residential address, nationality and date of birth.

Working Holiday Visas

When filling out working holiday visa application forms, you'll enter the date you wish to enter Australia, names of dependents, the type of work you wish to do in Australia, what your usual occupation is, your qualifications and skills, information about any possible criminal history you might have, details about your medical history, and more.

Business Short-Stay Visas

For these application forms, your passport details are necessary (passport expiration date, passport number, etc.), along with your contact information, residential address, date of birth, given names, and gender. Applications for business visas (for up to ninety days of working or business in Australia) require general information and are not as complicated as some of the other visa application forms.

Student Visas

These visa application forms are for those intending to study in Australia for over three months. You must fill out your given names, family name, marital status, passport information, employer information, education information, and also details about whether you have ever applied to receive any type of visa for entry into Australia before.
