How to Register an iPod Video

When you buy an iPod Video, it is important that you register it with Apple. When the iPod is registered, the serial number along with your name is entered into Apple's database. If your iPod were to get stolen, Apple would be able to tell if has been registered to a new computer. If you have a warranty on your iPod, Apple may replace it if they have this proof that it was stolen. Also, Apple can send you information and news about new Apple or iPod accessories.
