If you have adventure in your blood,
Africa will surely be the ultimate experience. Many adventures include transport and walking safaris, hiking the wilderness, bird watching, botanical exploration, kayaking and enjoying the serenity of the white
beaches. Each country in the south and east of Africa from Kenya to Namibia offers the most perfect wildlife exploration sites in the world.
Tanzania
Tanzania is home to the vast Serengeti plains. The Serengeti plains have the highest concentration of wildlife. April through June are the ideal months to view the migration of animals. Tanzania also has various National Parks such as Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Great Rift Valley and Arusha. Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania is the highest mountain in Africa, providing a great backdrop to the amazing wildlife.
Kenya
Kenya boasts three National Reserves and five National Parks. The Masai Mara National Reserve is the most famous reserve because of the largest animal migration and concentration of lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants and rhinos. Over 2.2 million wildebeests migrate along the Mara-Serengeti plains.
The Victoria Falls & Zambia
Victoria Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the world, is located on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Zambia was rated the tenth best destination in the world by the World Tourism Organization. A safari here will take you down the Zambezi River and gives a good view of the Falls.
South Africa
Safaris in the South African Kruger National Park allow opportunities to see the so-called "Big Five" of the animal world: leopards, lions, buffalo, elephants and rhinos. Other animals, including antelope, wildebeest and cheetahs are also visible during these safaris.
Botswana
The Okavango Delta in Botswana is the main breeding area for migrating birds. Safaris during the dry season from June to the end of September are spectacular because of the large concentration of animals in given areas. A Safari in Botswana is expensive since access is mainly by chartered plane.
