Options in Las Vegas Grand Canyon Tours
When it comes to Grand Canyon Las Vegas tours, there are many different options to consider. Three of the more popular options are the helicopter tour, the plane tour, and the bus tour. Each of these choices varies in price, length of tour, and overall experience. The bus tour is the least expensive option. For usually around $100, participants in this tour explore the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, take a peek at the Canyon edge, and stop at several scenic points. While a bus tour requires a great amount of time (usually around 12 hours), the experience is worth it.
While a bit more expensive, plane tours of the Grand Canyon are also more exhilarating. Able to go where buses cannot, airplane tours give participants a bird's eye view of the canyon. If you are interested in taking a plane tour, make sure you choose one that stops at the Grand Canyon Village Airport and includes a ground tour of the South Rim.
The best way to experience the Grand Canyon, in my opinion, is via a Las Vegas helicopter tour. This is the most expensive option, but also the most breathtaking. Helicopters can go where both buses and airplanes cannot.
