You try to rent them out, to happy vacationers. It's as simple as that. You place an ad in the timeshare classifieds, under the section called "Timeshare Rentals". You brag about how wonderful your place is, announce which intervals are available, name a price, and leave contact information.

This is one of the great things about the timesharing community. Through timeshare organizations, networks of owners and renters get to meet and exchange information. The result is a vast, world-covering web of business acquaintances and actual friendships.
Through these organizations, you can get references for potential timeshare rentals (people who have rented out timeshares before, and been responsible with regards to cash and conduct). Timeshare rentals are a lot less harrowing when the people you're renting to come recommended.
