Florida timeshares are huge business (let it be said, right here, that Orlando isn't the only town to have a huge slice of the timeshare pie). Miami is a timeshare juggernaut; Key West has more than its fair share; throw in Daytona and Ft. Lauderdale, and you're still just scraping the surface.
I'd go so far as to say that Florida timeshares are right behind Hawaii, in terms of year-round action. (Hawaii is the one place that never loses one speck of its value, unless it gets hit by a tropical storm.) But when you realize how many Florida timeshares there are, it'll boggle your mind.
Florida Timeshares Like Grains of Sand
This is not to devalue Florida timeshares in the slightest. (It would take a serious act of You-Know-Who to accomplish that!) If Florida isn't where timesharing was invented, you wouldn't know it to look at it. It's certainly where timesharing has achieved its fullest flower.
Once again: competition is incredibly fierce, when it comes to Florida timeshares. Don't think you can call this weekend and have something set up by Monday. Do your homework, think hard about where you love to stay most, and then hit those Florida timeshares for some serious fun.
