Mexico Spring Breaks

Mexico spring breaks can be called the time of your life. The resorts in Mexico are absolutely fabulous, and they have catered for years to students and group travelers alike. Mexico provides the pristine beaches that so many spring break enthusiasts crave, as well as the historical ruins and culture of a beautiful country. There are numerous climates that any spring break enthusiast can choose from in Mexico, so be aware of exactly where and in what environment you would like to stay.

The Types of Mexico Spring Breaks
There are two coasts in Mexico, and each has its own climate. The Gulf Coast generally has more rain then the Pacific Coast, which is drier like the interior and northern parts of the country. Thus, the forests are more lush and full on the Gulf Coast, and spring break destinations like Vera Cruz will provide more then just beaches and nightlife. Enjoy the exotic animals and colorful insects that litter the forest floor.

However, the Pacific Coast has its own natural beauty, from stunning coastlines to wonderful fishing. Mexico spring breaks aren't complete without fishing the full waters off of Baja, California. Everything from yellowtail to halibut can be found in the waters. Don't forget to look out for the jumping marlins, a staple crop of Baja fishing.

Mexico spring breaks are also very cheap, something that has drawn more and more students to the resorts that Mexico offers. The U.S. dollar goes a long way in Mexico, changing a twenty-dollar meal in South Padre Island into a five-dollar meal in Mazatlan. If price is a determinate for you, then make sure to check out all of the beautiful Mexican locations, including historic Mazatlan and exotic Acapulco, for spring break.
