Executive company jets are very different from commercial airliners. Unlike commercial jets, which are broken into two or three classes and filled to the brim with seats, executive jets offer a great deal more room, luxury, and amenities. From private bedrooms and full bathrooms on some of the larger planes, to love seats and leather chaises on many of the smaller ones, executive company jets are truly extraordinary.
Executive Company Jets and Equipment
There are many options from which to choose when leasing or buying an executive jet. Size is a huge factor in jet selection. Depending on the number of people expected to fly on any given day, you can choose from a variety of sizes and seat arrangements. From planes designed to look like the inside of a comfortable home to smaller jets that are beautifully appointed on a lesser scale, there are tons of options.
The vast nature of executive jet selection is one of the reasons I prefer leasing to buying private planes. My lease agreement, for instance, stipulates that I have available some 50 hours of flying time on a Gulfstream IV. This airplane can hold approximately 12 people comfortably. Although I love the G-IV, there are some times when I need a bigger plane. Fortunately, my lease is flexible and allows me to upgrade to a larger plane.
If you are thinking about trading in your commercial mileage points for private air travel, I strongly recommend you lease an executive company jet. Leasing gives you a tremendous amount of flexibility both in the equipment used and the places traveled. What's more, leases can be tailored to suit your specific financial and travel needs.
