Peru Travel Tips

The Peru travel tips we offer here at Peru Travel Information are fairly straight-forward and logical. In fact, we'd expect that this advice would be pretty safe to take when travelling to any non-first-world country. That's not to say our tips cover every possible thing - not at all. We can't be perfect, but we try.

As we say elsewhere on this site, knowledge is power. Do as much research as you can on travelling in Peru. Don't use just one site (like ours). Explore the 'net for other sites regarding vacationing in Peru and don't just think about Peru tourist attractions, either. Think about everything that you even might need to know.

Peru Travel Tips: Vacationing In Peru, A Wonderful Thing, But Go Prepared
The most important specific advice that we can give you is that you should think about all of the modern comforts that you absolutely do not want to live without. Toothpaste, soap, shampoo, even toilet paper are all things you should think about bringing with you. Of course, they sell toilet paper in Peru. But isn't is a good idea to have some with you just in case? This is NOT the United States. You can't always expect things like toilet paper and other common comforts we take for granted in America to be as available or as cheap as they are in the US.

Again, we're not saying that you'll be living in caves, or anything primitive like that when you go to Peru! We don't mean to scare you with our Peru travel tips, we just want you to make sure that you are aware that Peru is not as rich a country as the United States is. As we always say, the more you know, the better off you are! So, get researching right away!
