Interested in staying at one of the many fine Oropesa hotels? That's a bit of a trick question, acutally, since there are no hotels in Oropesa, Peru. The city in Spain that Oropesa, Peru was named after has quite a few hotels, but you won't want to stay at one of those during your visit to Peru. Now, don't think that Oropesa is not worth visiting just because it's too small to host any hotels!
Oropesa is known as the land of bread. If you visit Oropesa for no other reason than to sample the bread produced there, you'll be doing well. They've been making bread in this town for centuries. All that time they've been making it in the same way, with the same methods and the same recipes, so you know you're going to taste some amazing bread when you go there!
No Oropesa Hotels But Oropesa Is Not A Village To Miss!
But there is more to this wonderful little village than just it's bread. The town is also known for it's classic, old world, Peruvian village-charm. It shares this trait and others with neighboring village, Chincheros. There are no Chincheros hotels, either.
But, again, don't let the fact there are no Oropesa hotels fool you! This is a great village to spend some time at. So, don't let yourself pass by it without at least stopping in to try some of their famous bread!
