Staying in Budget Paris Hotels
When I had the chance to visit Paris during my collage vacation last year, I chose to say in many budget Paris hotels. When you're on a limited budget, the best thing to do is save your money for other more important things, like eating out at fine restaurants, for art galleries and museums and for souvenirs.
I figure if I'm going to be in a wonderful city like Paris, you don't want to be spending a whole lot of time in the hotel room anyways. That's why when I went I chose to stay in budget Paris hotels. It wasn't a terrible place, it just wasn't fancy with hot tubs, satellite TV, room service or things like that.
Visiting Paris
I loved visiting Paris so much, my wife and I decided that we would take our honeymoon there. This time though, we splurged and decided that we would spend the extra money and stay in one of the elegant Paris hotels. It was different this time, because when you're on your honeymoon, you spend a lot of time in the hotel room!
We ended up spending the whole first day in the room of our 5 star hotels Paris, I don't think we left once. Not even for dinner. We had room service send up a bottle of champagne and some lobsters. The day after that though, that's when we decided to go out and do our sight-seeing. It was a wonderful trip and we hope to do it again on our 10th anniversary.
